What is Shrimpea?

A tar-tar open sandwich with Shrimpea

You can make a stylish open sandwich by quickly adding homemade dressing to Shrimpea. They are suitable for breakfast or to complement your spread at a lunch party with your friends.

Serves:
For two (4 slices)
Cooking time:
10 minutes
  • Shrimpea S Shrimp 100g or FD S Shrimp 40g

Dressing

  • 2tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. ground garlic
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. white-wine vinegar
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 3 chestnut halves
  • 1 tsp. olive oil (for the dressing)
  • 4 slices of rye bread with raisins
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • chervil for garnish
  • olive oil, appropriate amount (finishing touch)

Preparation

  1. ①Defrost or soak S Shrimp or FD S Shrimp, drain, and dry well with a paper towel.
  2. ②Lightly toast the rye bread with raisins.
  3. ③Thinly slice the avocado.
  4. ④Mince the basil and chop chestnuts into smaller pieces.

Steps

  1. ①Mix the dressing ingredients together, and toss it with Shrimpea.
  2. ②Spread cream cheese onto the rye bread with raisins, place the avocado slices on top, and add some tar-tar sauce.
  3. ③Finish by decorating with chervil, and drizzling some olive oil.
